Mr. Adams is currently the Director of Operations with Tortoise Capital Advisors, LLC. From 1984 to 2003, Brad was Vice President of Finance and Operations, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Jones & Babson, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, an investment company service provider.
Brad received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Wyoming in 1983, and received his M.B.A. from Rockhurst College in Kansas City, MO in 1987.
Dr. Robert Klemkosky - Independent Trustee
Robert C. Klemkosky is the founding dean of the new Graduate School of Business at Sungkyunkwan University in Seoul, Korea. The new school is collaborating with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management and is being financially supported by the Samsung Foundation.
Dr. Klemkosky is the Fred T. Greene Professor Emeritus of Finance at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He joined the faculty in 1976 and in 1982 was named to the Fred T. Greene Professorship. He also served as Chairperson of the Finance Department from 1986 to 1992 and again from 2000-2003. He was Associate Dean - Research and Operations from 1992 to 1995.
Dr. Klemkosky's research and teaching interests are in the financial markets and his research has focused on three primary topics: 1) Risk-Return Analysis; 2) Market Efficiency; and 3) Derivatives. He has had more than thirty articles published in leading finance journals, including the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and the Journal of Business. In 1979 he received the Pomerance Prize from the Chicago Board of Options Exchange for excellence in the area of options research.
His professional experience includes positions in the corporate treasurer's department of Dow Chemical Co. and the National Bank of Detroit, where he worked as a credit analyst in corporate lending. Dr. Klemkosky was a founder of Wallington Asset Management in 1989. He also is the first non-Korean to serve as a director of the Korea Stock Exchange.
A native of Michigan, Dr. Klemkosky holds a B.A. and Ph.D. from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Dr. Kim A. Wilcox – Independent Trustee
Kim A. Wilcox is currently the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI, a position he has held since August of 2005. Previously Dr. Wilcox was the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and Vice Provost for General Education Coordination at the University of Kansas in Lawrence, KS. Dr. Wilcox was a Member of the faculty of the University of Kansas for over 15 years, including Chair of the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing: Sciences and Disorders. During his tenure at the University of Kansas Dr. Wilcox also served as Interim Director of Academic Affairs and President and CEO of the Kansas Board of Regents.
Dr. Wilcox has been the recipient of grants from the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Education. He has published over thirty articles related to speech development and disorders. Dr. Wilcox has also served as a member of the Midwest Higher Education Commission, the Boards of Directors for Kansas Inc. and the Distributed Learning Workshop. Dr. Wilcox holds a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University.

Mr. Bubeck is currently the Director of Business Operations of TrendStar Advisors, LLC, Overland Park, KS. In addition to that position, Kyle has also served as the Secretary and the Chief Compliance Officer of TrendStar Advisors, LLC since the firm's inception in 2003. Previously Kyle was the Vice President of Arrowhead Scientific, Inc., in Lenexa, Kansas, a supplier of pharmaceutical products and assembly services to the Insurance Laboratory Testing Industry. Prior to that Kyle was the Owner, President and CEO of Bubeck Companies, Inc., a group of closely held companies involved in the HVAC and Mechanical Contracting Industry.
Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Regis University of Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Jones is a founding principal of Drake Compliance and serves as the firm's principal regulatory compliance resource. He has amassed over twenty-two years experience in the investment field, having been a fixed income bond trader for two major money center banks, served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Portfolio Manager to an SEC registered investment advisory firm, been a founding shareholder, President and CEO of a nationally known third party mutual fund administration firm, and served as legal counsel to investment advisory firms and registered investment companies throughout the nation as principal attorney of the law firm David Jones & Assoc., P.C.
David holds several NASD licenses, including NASD Series 7 (Registered Representative) (inactive), Series 24 (Registered Investment Principal) (inactive), Series 63 (State Securities Representative) (inactive) and Series 65 (Registered Investment Adviser) (inactive).
David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas which he received in 1983. David also holds his Juris Doctor degree which he received with honors from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas in 1994. David has been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1994.
